Insured (Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances requiring a referral) patients should have their Primary Care Physician (medical doctor) fax a referral with Demographic information, Insurance, and treatment history to (864) 844-9430. 

Self-pay patients and commercially insured patients not requiring a referral to see a specialist should call our referral coordinator at (864) 643-0456 and schedule an appointment.

We accept most commercial insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid Plans.

Alternatively, you can also call one of our offices and ask to speak with our Practice Manager to resolve any administrative issues.

• New patient (Adult) intake (medication management) appointments are 40 minutes.
• Follow – up (Adult) appointments (medication management) are 20 minutes.
• New patient (Child & Adolescent) intake appointments (medication management) are 60 minutes.
• Follow – up (Child & Adolescent) appointments (medication management) are 30 minutes.
• Therapy appointments (new and follow-up) are 60 minutes.
• TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) appointments are 20 minutes.
• Spravato (esketamine) appointments are 2 hours.
