Dr. McKenzie is a staff psychiatrist. A former graduate of Clemson University, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his adult psychiatry residency at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, where he served as the chief resident. Emphasizing education, patient advocacy, and provider collaboration, he maintains professional memberships in the Association for Academic Psychiatry, American Psychiatric Association, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
